During 15-17 March 2022, it took place ”The Paleontology Conference”, in Varshets, Bulgaria, organized within the project ”New destinations in cross-border tourism”. 20 experts from Romania and 20 experts from Bulgaria participated to the conference.
The event included the official openning of the Paleo Park, built within the project and also the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Museum of Oltenia and Varshets Municipality.
Within the conference, there were presented scientific paleontological communications both by the Romanian experts and the Bulgarian ones.
