MANAGEMENT MEETING
Organized on 22.04.2019, in Craiova
The Oltenia Museum organized a meeting within the project “New Destinations in cross-border tourism”, project code: ROBG – 471. The meeting took place in Craiova and the participants were the members of the implementation team from Varshets Municipality (LP) and the Oltenia Museum Craiova (PP).
Florin Ridiche, acting as Manager of Oltenia Museum Craiova and assistant manager in the implementation team of the project, welcomed the members of the implementation teams:
- From LP: Petrova Tatyana, Project manager; Ilieva Vera, Communication officer; Denkova Kostadinka, Technical responsible; Tacheva Krasimira, Financial responsible.
- From PP: Lungu Ecaterina, Financial assistant; Popescu Daniela, Technical assistant; Bâsceanu Marius, Information and communication Manager; Popescu Valentina, ITC Communication office; Popescu Aurelian, Coordinator of scientific exchanges; Nistor Maria Alina, Procurement Coordinator.
During the meeting, the discussions covered some aspects of importance for the project implementation, such as:
- exchange of information regarding the project status on both sides;
- discussions on different topics: procurement procedures, technical and financial aspects, details on the activities regarding the works to be done and the awareness campaigns, exchange of information regarding the way to put in operation the joint mechanisms, etc.
The discussions were engaging and constructive and helped strengthening people-to-people cooperation among PM team members.
Further communications aspects have been established.
The management team meeting lasted for about 1 hour.
